Decision: The Board agrees to release this detainee on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until 26th March 2013. His report is encouraging. For the last 2 months since February 2012 he has shown positive signs of change.

Release Condition: Please refer to the five (5) conditions as contained in his Pre-Release Report dated 5th February 2012.

1. Undertake further Spiritual Counselling as directed by the Probation Officer.
   
2. He is to undertake Niufala Rod Program.
   
3. He has to complete a reconciliation demand from his victim.
   
4. He is not to make any contact with victim and her family whilst in Port Vila or Tongoa.
   
5. He is to be under the supervision of a CJS as directed by Probation Officer.
