AN ACT TO AMEND THE POLICE ACT (CAP. 110).

ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands.

Short title

l. This Act may be cited as the Police (Amendment) Act 2005.

Amendment of section 4 of Cap. 110.

2. Section 4 of the Police Act is hereby amended by deleting the words "a Deputy Commissioner of Police" and substituting therefore the words" two or more Deputy Commissioners of Police".
