IN THE TRADE DISPUTES PANEL
SOLOMON ISLANDS
Case No. UDF 30/10
BETWEEN
MARY HAHE
COMPLAINANT
AND
KUMART COMPANY LIMITED
RESPONDENT
FINDING
Upon hearing evidence from the complainant and Lancy Li for the respondent company, the panel finds that the complainant was never forced to resign as claimed.
By letter dated 27/1/09, she resigned on her own accord to accompany her husband David Tua who had been transferred to a teaching post at Kolokiman Primary school in the weather coast.
Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed.
