JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

  1. This is 10 of 2023, we are not graced by the appearance for Counsel for the Appellants. It is matter where security for costs was ordered in May of this year in the modest sum of $10,000.00. It has not been paid. There is no appearance today nor was anything being filed to explain the failure to pay for security.
  2. This appeal is struck out.
  3. It will be costs for the 1st Respondent on the usual basis, to be taxed if not agreed
