AN ACT
entitled
Unauthorized Expenditure and Re-Allocation (Validation) Act 1993,
Being an Act to validate -
(a) unauthorized expenditure over appropriation; and
(b) unauthorized re-allocation of unexpended appropriation over permitted re-allocation,
for the service of the financial year ending 31 December 1991,
MADE by the National Parliament.
The expenditure of the sum of K5,748,715 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 1991, being a sum unauthorized and in excess of the sums appropriated for that financial year by the Appropriation Act 1990, is hereby validated.
The re-allocation of the sum of K25,241,900 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 1991, being a sum unauthorized and in excess of the amount of re-allocation of unexpended appropriation permitted by the Appropriation Act 1990, is hereby validated.
I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Unauthorized Expenditure and Re-Allocation (Validation) Act 1993 which has been made by the National Parliament.
