AN ACT

entitled

Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 1993,

Being an Act to amend the Stamp Duties Act (Chapter 117),

MADE by the National Parliament.

RATES OF DUTY (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1).

Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by repealing Item 1B and replacing it with the following:-

Duty is payable by the parties or any one or more of them."; and

(b) by repealing Item IC and replacing it with the following:-

Duty is payable by the parties, or any one or more of them.".
