Appointment and terms of office (Amendment of Section 27).

AN ACT

entitled

Papua New Guinea Sports Foundation (Amendment) Act 2022

Being an Act to amend the Papua New Guinea Sports Foundation Act 2005,

MADE by the National Parliament.

APPOINTMENT AND TERMS OF OFFICE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 27).

Section 27 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Subsection (3) and replacing it with the following new subsection:

"(3) A person who has attained the age of 65 years shall not be appointed or reappointed as Executive Director.".
