ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

New Section 65A.

"65A. PROVINCIAL BUDGETS".

AN ACT

entitled

Public Finances (Management) (Amendment) Act 1995,

Being an Act to amend the Public Finances (Management) Act 1995,

MADE by the National Parliament.

NEW SECTION 65A.

The Principal Act is amended by inserting after Section 65 the following new section:-

"65A. PROVINCIAL BUDGETS.
(1) A Provincial Government shall, by a date in each year to be fixed by the Minister, prepare a budget comprising -

• (a) estimates of finance proposed to be raised or received; and
• (b) estimates of proposed expenditure,

by the Provincial Government for the next suceeding fiscal year.
"(2) A Provincial Government shall, by a date in each year fixed by the Minister, submit to the Minister for approval a draft of the Budget prepared under Subsection (1).".
