No. 56 of 2015.

AN ACT

entitled

Marine Pollution (Sea Dumping) (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Marine Pollution (Sea Dumping) Act 2013,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3).

Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended in the definition of "Papua New Guinea waters" by deleting "National Seas Act 1977" and replacing it with the following:

"Maritime Zones Act 2015".

I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Marine Pollution (Sea Dumping) (Amendment) Act 2015 which has been made by the National Parliament.
