ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Interpretation (Amendment of Section 2).

AN ACT

entitled

Fisheries (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Fisheries (Management) Act 1998,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Sections of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by deleting the definition of “exclusive economic zone” and replacing it with the following new definition:

• ““exclusive economic zone” has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;”; and

(b) by deleting the definition of “internal waters” and replacing it with the following new definition:

• ““internal waters” has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;”.
