Restricted Employment Visa (Amendment of Section 5).

An Act

entitled

Employment of Non-Citizens (Amendment) Act 2013.

Being an Act to amend the Employment of Non-Citizens Act 2007 to provide for the creation of a restricted employment visa and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament, to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the Minister.

RESTRICTED EMPLOYMENT VISA (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5).

Section 5(1) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the full stop at the end of Paragraph (e) and inserting, in its stead, the punctuation and word "; and" and inserting a new paragraph after Paragraph (e) as follows:

"(f) granted a Restricted Employment Visa under the Migration Regulation (Chapter No. 16).".
