1. Repeal and replacement of "Commissioner of Customs".

2. Repeal of Sections 3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F and 3G.

Customs (Amendment) Act 2014,

Being an Act to amend the Customs Act (Chapter 101),

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. REPEAL AND REPLACEMENT OF "COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS".

The Principal Act is amended by repealing the words "Commissioner of Customs" or "Chief Collector of Customs", as the case may be, and substituting them with the words "Chief Commissioner of Customs" wherever they appear.

2. REPEAL OF SECTIONS 3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F AND 3G.

Sections 3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F and 3G of the Principal Act are repealed.
