SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled
Appropriation (Judiciary Services 2022) Act 2021,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund sums for the Judiciary Services for operational and capital expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2022,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K206,924,000.00.

Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the operational and capital expenditure of the Judiciary services for the year ending 31 December 2022, the sum of K206,924,000.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 are appropriated for the operational and capital expenditure of the agency listed in the Schedule.

Estimates of expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2022.
