SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (National Parliament 2022) Act 2021,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the National Parliament for operational expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2022,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K176,000,000.00.

Subject to authorisation from the Treasurer, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the operational expenditure of the National Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2022, the sum of K176,000,000.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the year ending 31 December 2022 are appropriated for operational expenditure only and for the agency listed in the Schedule.

Estimates of expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2022.
