SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (National Parliament 2001) Act 2000,

Being an Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the National Parliament for recurrent expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2001 and to appropriate the supplies granted for that year,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K38,500,000.00.

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Finance and Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the services of the National Parliament for recurrent expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2001 the sum of K38,500,000.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for all the services of the financial year ending 31 December 2001 are appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending 31 December 2001.

Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2001.
