Cabinet makes the following regulations under section 42 of the Fisheries Act 1997:

1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette[1].

3 Amendment of Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2009

The Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2009 are amended by the provisions of these Regulations.

4 Amendment of Regulation 8 (1) (b) and (c)

4.1 Omit

Tuvalu;

Substitute

Tuvalu.

4.2 Omit

Regulation 8 (1) (c)

(c) any additional high seas areas located within 10˚N and 20˚S latitude and 170˚E and 150˚W longitude.
