Cabinet makes the following Regulations under section 30 of the Business Licences Act 2017:

  1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Business Licences (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

  1. Amendment of Business Licences Regulations 2017

The Business Licences Regulations 2017 are amended by the provisions of these Regulations.

  1. Repeal and substitution of Schedules

Schedules 1 and 2 are omitted and substituted with the following:
