Comes now the Republic, by and through the office of the Attorney General, and respectfully requests leave of this court to dismiss the criminal information in the above entitled matter without prejudice pursuant to Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Act as set out in Title 32, Chapter 1, of the Marshall Islands Revised Code.
