Ms Itibita: The plaintiff discontinues the case as settlement was made. It is the same claim as in Civil Case No. 56/2009.

Court: I do observe there was an abuse of the process of the Court for Counsel to file two similar cases, one after the other. Since it is prayed that it be discontinued, so be it.
