Pursuant to section 153 of the Criminal Procedure Code, order:

(1) that the Republic pay into Court the sum of $250 for the defendant by Thursday 13 May;

(2) that the Republic pay the cost of the defendant’s air fare to return to Abemama by Tuesday 26 April.
