The Court notes the agreement reached between the parties and set out as follows:

Having considered the claim:

(1) The Defendant accept liability in the amount of $6,445.00

(2) The Defendant agreed to register the Plaintiff on the land, Tebukinimata 447i on North Tarawa

(3) The Defendant understood that the registration of the Plaintiff on her land aforementioned is in full settlement of the claim against her.
