Terms of settlement agreed in both appeals:

That there be an order confirming the boundary as set in C/N 52/97 but it shall not affect the boundary of the lands of the parties as set in C/N 32/96 as shewn in the surveyor's plan of Lot. B1.7.

Order accordingly in both appeals.
