JUDGMENT


None of the appellants appeared when this case was called on for hearing today.


When the case came before the court on 24 April 1998 it was adjourned until today on the application of the appellant Kourabi Kamoa, who wanted to instruct a lawyer to represent the appellants. There is no lawyer present in court today instructed by the appellants.


Counsel for the respondents has submitted that in the circumstances the appeal ought to be dismissed. We agree.


The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
