JUDGMENT


The appellant is not present today. When the appeal was called on on 31 January 1996 the appellant was absent and the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution.


The appellant then arrived late and the appeal was reinstated. The respondent was legally represented but his lawyer was unavoidably committed in another court.


The case was adjourned until today and the appellant was warned to attend promptly and bring her witness.


Neither her nor her witness are present. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
