Land Transport (Driver) (Amendment)
Regulations 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 113 of the Act, and after consulting with the Authority, I make these Regulations-

1.-(1) In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Land Transport (Driver) Regulations 2000.

(2) These Regulations may be cited as the Land Transport (Driver) (Amendment) Regulations 2010;

Regulation 11 Amended

2. Regulation 11(2) (a) of the Principal Regulations is amended;

(i) by deleting "or" and "9" after "6";

(ii) and adding "or" before "6";

(iii) and adding after paragraph (c) the following new paragraph;

"(d) a class 9 licence if the applicant has attained the age as prescribed in the schedule 2 subject to conditions and restrictions by the Authority."
