COUNTER-INFLATION ACT
(CAP. 73)

COUNTER-INFLATION (PRICE CONTROL) (CEMENT EX-FACTORY WHOLESALE PRICE) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 9 of the Counter-Inflation Act, the Prices and Incomes Board, with the approval of the Minister for Finance and National Planning, makes the following order -

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Cement Ex-factory Wholesale Price) (Revocation) Order 2006 and comes into force on 22nd September 2006.

Revocation

2. The Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Cement Ex-factory Wholesale Price) (No. 12) Order 1998 (Legal Notice No. 43/98) is revoked.
