TO AMEND THIS 1993 APPROPRIATION ACT, 1992 PROVIDING FOR THE ALTERATION OF AMOUNTS OR SUMS OF MONEY APPROPRIATED FOR CERTAIN HEADS OF EXPENDITURE.
