JUDGMENT


  1. You have been charged with one offence of manslaughter as follows:

Statement of Offence

MANSLAUGHTER: Contrary to section 198, 201 and 213 of the Penal Code, Cap. 17.


Particulars of Offence


APIMELEKI VUNISA on the 15th day of July 2002 at Lautoka in the Western Division by an unlawful act caused the death of DHARMENDRA PRASAD s/o Moti Lal.


2. You have been found guilty of the offence by two out of three assessors. In directing myself on my own Summing Up, I agree with the majority and accordingly I find you guilty and convict you of the offence.


3. That is the Judgment of the Court.
