ORDER


The appellant granted bail to appear at High Court Lautoka on the 9th May 2005 at 10.00am subject to the following conditions:


1. Surety in sum of $200.00.


  1. Pay the sum of $500.00 a release in reduction of the arrears of maintenance.

3. Surrender all travel documents.


4. To reside at Tavarau, Ba.


  1. That Bail be entered at Ba Magistrates Court and payment be made at that court.

Order the Ba Magistrates Court to furnish the Court Record on or before the 5th May 2005.
