3. Skeletal arguments of sixth defendant, in support of summons to be filed and served on plaintiffs by 3.00 p.m. on 16th September.
   
4. Any summonses to strike out the Claim by any other defendants to be made returnable on 11th October at 2.00 p.m. and filed and served with skeletal arguments by 3.00 p.m. on 16th September.
   
5. Skeletal arguments in response by the plaintiffs to be filed and served by 3.00 p.m. on 3rd September.
   
6. Any arguments in reply by the defendants to be filed and served by 3.00 p.m. on 7th October.
   
7. All applications to have the claim struck out will be heard on 11th October at 2.00 p.m.
   
8. Costs of the strike out application will be decided upon the Ruling upon the application.
