JUDGMENT


The prosecutor having consented to the appeal, I make the following Orders –


  1. That the convictions be set aside;
  2. That the matters are remitted to the Magistrate’s Court for retrial before another magistrate;
  3. That bail be extended to 29th of March 2004 when the accused is to appear before the Magistrate’s Court Lautoka.
