BEFORE THE HON. MR. JUSTICE CONNORS ON WEDNESDAY THE 10TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2003 AT 4.00PM.

K. Muaror: We have reached agreement – by Consent.

1. Defendant to pay $15K to Plaintiffs. On payment of such amount the vessel to be released immediately.
   
2. Defendant to pay $7,500.00 at the end of first fishing trip on return 3 days thereof to Plaintiffs.
   
3. Within 30 days of payment of $15K the parties to attempt to settle balance of claims and counter claim. Failing agreement within 30 days parties to immediately seek Hearing date or appoint independent arbitration to determine claim.
   
4. Costs - Costs in Cause.
   
5. Marshalls costs to be paid by 4.00pm 11/12/03.
