RULING


The State does not oppose bail in the circumstances. I grant bail in the sum of $500 in his own recognizance with one surety in the same amount. He must report to the Nausori Police Station twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 6am and 6pm. He must attend court when he receives a notice of hearing from the Magistrates’ Court.
