PURSUANT to section 29 of the International Trusts Act 1984, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the International Trusts (Forms and Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 and shall be read together and deemed part of the International Trusts (Forms and Fees) Regulations 1985 (hereinafter called "the principal regulations").

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1^st day of March 2009.

2. Fees -The principal regulations are amended by revoking the Third Schedule, and substituting the Third Schedule as set out in the Schedule to these regulations.
