An Act to repeal the General Licensing Act 1989

(12 July 1996

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the General Licensing Authority (Repeal) Act 1995-96.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the day of assent.

2. Repeals

The General Licensing Authority Act 1989, General Licensing Authority Amendment Act 1994 and the General Licensing Authority Amendment Act 1994-95 are hereby repealed.

3. Revocations

The Tourist Restaurant Licensing Fee Regulations 1991 and Tourist Accommodation Licensing Fee Regulations 1993 are hereby revoked.
