An Act to amend the Development Investment Act 1995-96.

The Parliament of the Cook Islands enacts as follows-

1. Title

This Act is the Development Investment Amendment Act 2014.

2. Commencement

This Act is deemed to have come into force on 1 November 2013.

3. Principal Act amended

This Act amends the Development Investment Act 1995-96.

4. Section 2 amended (Interpretation)

Section 2 is amended by repealing the definition of "Minister" and substituting the following definition—

• "Minister means the Minister responsible for Business Trade and Investment Board".
