An Act to amend the Crown Law Office Act 1980

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Crown Law Office Amendment Act 1989-90, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Crown Law Office Act 1980 (hereafter referred to as "the principal. Act").
Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by adding the following new paragraph: -
"Provided that the Solicitor General and Crown Counsel may, with the consent of the Attorney-General, act as officers of a company in which Government has a principal or majority shareholding".
